I can assist with most day-to-day tasks you need help with but don’t have time for: admin, calendar organisation and scheduling, onboarding new clients, copy writing, content creation (inc. reels, static posts, podcast audio clips, etc), instagram scheduling, social media management, digital tidying of email inboxes and storage applications, backend organisation, Canva assets and lead magnets, podcast editing across a variety of platforms, copy writing, and market research. I can also help out with more complex tasks like setting up new systems and setting up Squarespace websites. Some of my clients have trained me in their various systems as well, which I am perfectly happy to do!

I am highly skilled at systematising areas of business and life. I have an ability to 'see the gaps' and can make suggestions and see nuances that maybe weren't considered before. I had a significant academic and research career in Psychology and counselling before pivoting to building out my own business, so I have an abundance of skills to bring to your biz! I value long-term, ongoing arrangements with the women I work with. Your retainer is assumed to roll over on a monthly basis after the initial three months unless otherwise indicated. Though I understand sometimes you just need some assistance for a short period of time, it’s totally up to you and your business needs!

Think of hiring me as you would a virtual employee - just without the headache of all the paperwork, super payments, and sick & holiday leave.

I currently have a strong skillset across Flo Desk, Mailer Lite, Squarespace, Wordpress, Gmail Workspace, Canva, Zoom, Convert Kit, Mighty Networks, Circle, and Thrive cart. I have a high level of technical efficiency and am self-taught across each of these systems. If I haven’t worked with a particular system before, I am easily able to pick it them up.

Once I know about the project and what’s involved I can provide you with a quote. Noting that I quote off outcomes and task complexity.

I don’t work on an hourly basis as I don’t think it’s a good system; hourly work tends to penalise efficiency and I can be incredibly efficient!
