That’s Me
Ella is a writer, educator, mentor, and creative whose work explores identity, social politics, and systems change. With a first-class honours degree in Psychology and extensive experience across startups and government programmes, she bridges behavioural science with real-life application.
Her background in counselling rehabilitation, embodiment coaching, and trauma-informed practice shapes an approach to leadership grounded in both evidence-based methods and somatic intelligence, integrating ecological, feminist, and psychological frameworks throughout her work.
Awarded the Peace Psychology Prize for her thesis in 2018, Ella continues to explore how empathy, activism, and systems thinking can coexist in building sustainable futures for women and their communities.
