Project Management & Consulting.
I operated a six-figure consulting practice as a business advisor, project manager, and online business manager across a broad range of organisations, including social impact NFPs, solo entrepreneurs, startups, and government-funded programmes. My work has spanned leading and managing small cross-functional teams, designing and migrating CRM systems, implementing project management workflows, building bespoke digital infrastructure, launching and managing digital courses and retreat businesses, leading and operating impact measurement frameworks, advising on operational processes, and designing and overseeing mentorship and education programmes.

Literary writing.
I am a literary writer working across essays and poetry. My essays explore identity and the politics of how we live and work. My poetry is currently being submitted for consideration across literary journals.
I was also a finalist for the Barbican Young Poets selection in London, 2026. I am currently writing my debut novel, which explores motherhood and the complexities of friendship and family life for contemporary women.

Psychology & Research.
Early in my career, I worked as a Senior Research Technician contributing to longitudinal research on alcohol and other drug treatment, trauma-informed care, and psychological recovery. I conducted participant interviews, physiological assessments, and data collection across residential rehabilitation facilities, with a sustained focus on ethical engagement and the translation of research into applied practice.
I subsequently worked as a qualified rehabilitation counsellor, providing end-to-end case management and psychosocial support to clients recovering from complex physical and psychological injuries, including former defence force members, federal police, and emergency services personnel. My work centred on trauma-informed, person-centred rehabilitation planning and coordinated stakeholder communication across insurers, allied health professionals, and employers.
Somatics & Embodiment.
I ran a private coaching practice working 1:1 with women to support nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and a return to embodied safety. I also facilitated group coaching experiences for women, and created an online membership programme focused on trauma education, nervous system literacy, and feminist practice.
I have also designed and delivered trauma-informed care training and resources for organisations and mentors working with women affected by domestic and family violence. I have also led workshops on embodiment and nervous system recovery for programme participants.
Speaking & Media.
Invited speaker, Offline community (hosted by Alison Rice). Delivered a live somatic meditation and talk on neurodivergent inclusion in breathwork, somatics, and entrepreneurship to an audience of approximately 100 people.
Invited speaker, Humans of Purpose: Embodiment for Healing. A masterclass with the Humans of Purpose community exploring how reconnecting to the body supports trauma recovery and collective wellbeing.
Host, the Reworlding Podcast (2023–present). An independent podcast in conversation with thinkers, practitioners, and change-makers building regenerative futures.
