Whether you’re hosting a multi-day retreat or an intimate community gathering, your role is to hold space. Mine is to hold the rest. From logistics to coordination, I offer grounded, thoughtful support so you can focus on your participants—not the moving parts. With a calm presence and a strategic lens, I step in as your anchor—managing the details with care and ensuring your vision is delivered with precision. This is ethical retreat support in the UK designed for values-led leaders.

    Ideal for facilitators who need support with daily logistics, guest check-ins, and liaising with venue or vendors—without needing full-day coverage.

    Availability: 5 hours per day
