From logistics to coordination, I offer grounded, thoughtful support so you can focus on your participants, not all the other moving parts. With a calm presence and a strategic lens, I step in as your anchor—managing the details and ensuring your vision is delivered with precision. This is retreat support across Europe and Australia, designed for values-led leaders.

    Ideal for facilitators who need support with daily logistics, guest check-ins, and liaising with venue or vendors—without needing full-day coverage.

    Availability: 5 hours per day

    Recommended when you need hands-on presence across the entire day—from early morning setup through to closing circles.
