ho I Serve

W

Where the dominant Western narrative equates relentless hustle with success, I offer a different path—one rooted in purpose, sustainability, and alignment. A way of working that doesn’t cost you your body, your values, or your joy.

I work with the people who refuse to uphold extractive systems. Entrepreneurs who believe that business can be a tool for care, not just profit. Educators, organisers, creatives, and healers—those building practices centred on justice, embodiment, and collective well-being.

My role is to help you make that vision sustainable. To bring clarity to your operations, structure to your offerings, and integrity to your growth. As a systems strategist for small businesses, I dismantle outdated business norms through a feminist, decolonial lens, and co-create systems that are spacious, regenerative, and aligned with the future you’re here to build.

I support industry disruptors to not only run profitable businesses, but restorative ones. Because when your work is grounded in values, impact and income no longer live in opposition. They become the foundation of meaningful, long-term success.

At the heart of my work is a quiet rebellion: a refusal to build business the way we've been taught to. I carry a deep knowing that systems should support us, not exhaust us; that strategy should be in service of embodiment, not efficiency alone. My mission is not only to create ease and integrity in the backend of a business, but to make space for the full humanity of the people inside it.

Pillars

  • Business is often stripped of emotion, bound by rigid expectations of professionalism that leave little room for the full spectrum of human experience. But work does not have to come at the cost of humanity (or your neurodivergence!). I believe in centring joy, connection, and emotional integrity in the way we build and lead. My work challenges the outdated norms that demand we compartmentalise ourselves to be taken seriously, creating space for businesses that honour the people within them—not just the outcomes they produce.

  • The traditional business world is built on extraction—of labour, of resources, of people’s time and energy. I work with those who refuse to uphold these systems, who believe in a different way of doing business. Rooted in feminist and decolonial principles, my work challenges the idea that success must come at the expense of others. I support entrepreneurs in building ethical, regenerative businesses that centre justice, redistribute power, and prioritise collective well-being over profit maximisation. Business can be a tool for change—not just in theory, but in practice.

  • Growth is often framed as a relentless pursuit: more clients, more revenue, more output. But expansion should not come at the cost of exhaustion. I believe in growth that feels intentional, measured, and deeply aligned with both values and capacity. My work supports entrepreneurs in building businesses that thrive without racing towards burnout, creating long-term sustainability that nurtures both the business and the people behind it. I offer sustainable business growth strategies designed for resilience, not depletion. We know that success is not found in exhaustion, but in building something that lasts.
